Description of Promotion
How It Works (short terms)
- Opt-in Requirement: Opt-in required.
- Eligibility: Available to invited, registered players with an active and verified Account who receive the Promotion communication (see Section 3). Player invitation is based on previous play activity.
- Eligible Games: Any MLB market(s) available on theScore Bet.

Eligible Wagers: Players must opt-in and place cash wagers on the Eligible Games during the Promotion Period. For every $250 in straight cash wagers placed on the Eligible Games, players will earn one (1) Leaderboard Point towards the Leaderboard. For every $250 in settled Parlay or Same Game Parlay (SGP) cash wagers placed during the Promotion Period, players will earn three (3) Leaderboard Points towards the Leaderboard. Straight wagers must be -200 or longer (Example -110, +100, +200). Parlay/Same Game Parlay (SGP) wagers must be +300 or longer (Example +350, +400, +500). All cash wagers must settle during the Promotion Period to be eligible. There is no limit to the number of Leaderboard Points a player may earn during the Promotion Period.
- Promotion Offer: Players who opt-in and place Eligible Wagers on the Eligible Games will earn Leaderboard Points towards the Leaderboard. The one (1) player with the most Leaderboard Points at the conclusion of the Promotion Period will win two (2) suite tickets to the Colorado Rockies vs. Philadelphia Phillies game on May 9, 2026, at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia, PA. After the winner has been determined, the player will be contacted by the Sponsor via email associated with their theScore Bet Account. Players must subscribe to email to be considered for the Promotion Offer. If two (2) or more players have the same total of Leaderboard Points at the conclusion of the Promotion Period, a random drawing will determine the winner, and the random drawing will be conducted using a random number generator. The winner will have the option to accept the Baseball Suite Ticket Experience or receive half the estimated value of the experience in the form of PENN Play Credits. EVENT TICKETS ARE NONTRANSFERABLE, MAY NOT BE SOLD, AND ARE NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH.

Claiming Promotion Offer
The player who earns the most Leaderboard Points towards the Leaderboard at the conclusion of the Promotion Period will win two (2) suite tickets to the following game:

The winner will have the option to accept the prize or receive half the estimated value of the experience (value of $350 in PENN Play Credits) in the form of PENN Play Credits. If two (2) or more players have the same total of Leaderboard Points at the conclusion of the Promotion Period, a random drawing will determine the winner, which will be conducted within 72 hours of the conclusion of the Promotion Period using a random number generator. The player will be contacted by the Sponsor via the email associated with their theScore Bet Account. Players must subscribe to email in order to be considered. In the case the Sponsor cannot fulfill any portion of the Promotion Offer for any unforeseeable reason, the winner will be paid the equivalent value of the unfulfilled portion in cash. WINNERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE. EVENT TICKETS ARE NONTRANSFERABLE, MAY NOT BE SOLD, AND ARE NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH.
Registration Procedures
To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on theScore Bet, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on theScore Bet is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion.
Limitations on Participation
In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. Participants September be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor to receive any reward.
Wagering Requirements/Exclusions
Any Action Required (see Section 4) completed outside of the Promotion Period, or wagers that are settled using the live “Cash Out” feature are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion September not be combined with any other promotional offer. Please see Section 11 for restrictions related to wagering the Promotion Offer.
