1st Half Sub Insurance T&Cs (the “Terms and Conditions”)

 

Players who place pre-match single straight cash wagers on any FIFA World Cup Player Prop that settles as a LOSS because of a 1st half substitution or injury by what theScore Bet deems as eligible for 1st Half Sub Insurance during World Cup 2026. The Eligible Wager will be re-graded as “Void”, and the original stake will be refunded. If the 1st Half Sub Insurance is part of a pre-game Parlay, Same Game Parlay (SGP) or Teaser, the remaining legs of the wager will remain open, and the odds of the wager will be recalculated excluding the leg the qualifies for the 1st Half Sub Insurance. 

 

The “1st Half Sub Insurance” (“Promotion”) is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) of theScore Bet, which can be viewed at theScore Bet > Legal > Promotional Terms and Conditions, and the following:

 

Description of Promotion

How It Works (short terms)

  • Opt-in Requirement: Opt-in is not required.
  • Eligibility: Available to all registered players with an active and verified Account.
  • Eligible Games: Any FIFA World Cup 2026 player prop market(s) available on theScore Bet.
  • Eligible Wager: Players who place pre-match cash wagers on any Eligible Game that settles as a ‘Loss’ due to a World Cup player being confirmed unable to start the second half of the Eligible Game will be re-regraded as “Void” and are eligible to receive 100% of their wager back in Cash. For any Parlay or Same Game Parlay (SGP) that includes a leg from the Eligible Game, that leg will be voided and the odds recalculated.  
  • Promotion Offer: At the sole discretion of the Sponsor, players who place an Eligible Wager on the Eligible Game(s) will qualify for 1st Half Sub Insurance as described below:
  • Straight Wagers: Players who place a straight wager on the Eligible Game(s) will receive 100% of their Eligible Wager back in Cash.
  • Parlay & Same Game Parlay (SGP) Wagers: Players who place any Parlay or Same Game Parlay (SGP) wager that includes a leg using the Eligible Games will have the leg voided and the odds recalculated accordingly.
  • Players are eligible for 1st Half Sub Insurance if the selected player is subbed out or gets injured in the 1st half and is not on the pitch at the start of the 2nd half.
  • If the 1st Half Sub Insurance is part of a Parlay, Same Game Parlay (SGP) or Teaser, the remaining legs of the wager will remain open, and the odds of the wager will be recalculated excluding the leg the qualifies for the 1st Half Sub Insurance. Refunds will only be issued for Straight Wagers.
  • theScore Bet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to apply 1st Half Sub Insurance when a player’s Eligible Wager results in a loss due to any substitution or injury sustained by a World Cup player during the first half of the Eligible Game and does not return for the second half of the Eligible Game. Players that receive a red card in the 1st half of the match are not eligible for 1st Half Sub Insurance. 
  • Individual cash value will vary at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. In no event will the player’s awarded cash value be less than the wagered amount.
  • Promotion Period: The Promotion Period is below:
    • June 11, 2026: 12:00:00 AM ET - July 19, 2026: 11:59:59 PM ET
  • Ineligible Wagers: Any wager that does not meet the Eligible Wager requirements or falls under any of the following below:
    • Wagers settled as “Cash Out”.”
    • Wagers not funded with the cash wallet.
    • Live Wagers.
    • Wagers placed using Bonus Bets, PENN Play Credits, Bet Resets or a Profit Boost. 

 

Additional Terms

  • Cash refunds will be applied to the player’s Account immediately upon settlement of the Eligible Wager, or in the event of technical difficulties, within 72 hours.

  • June 11, 2026: 12:00:00 AM ET - July 19, 2026: 11:59:59 PM ET

 

Eligibility

  • Available to all registered players with an active and verified Account.
  • Eligibility restrictions apply. See ‘Eligibility’ section of the Promotion Terms for details.

 

Action Required

Players must have placed an Eligible Wager on an Eligible Game that settles as a 'Loss’ to be eligible for 1st Half Sub Insurance. If the 1st Half Sub Insurance is part of a pre-game Parlay, Same Game Parlay (SGP) or Teaser, the remaining legs of the wager will remain open, and the odds of the wager will be recalculated excluding the leg the qualifies for the 1st Half Sub Insurance. At the sole discretion of the Sponsor, the Eligible Game must settle as a 'Loss’ as a result of a substitution or injury in the 1st half by what the Sponsor deems eligible for 1st Half Sub Insurance. 

 

Claiming Promotion Offer

At the sole discretion of the Sponsor, 100% of cash wagered of the Eligible Wager(s) that settle as a ‘Loss’ will be refunded in cash. Cash will be applied to the player’s Account immediately upon settlement of the Eligible Wager, or in the event of technical difficulties, within 72 hours of the Eligible Wager settling as a ‘Loss’.

 

Registration Procedures

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on theScore Bet, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on theScore Bet is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion. 

 

Limitations on Participation

In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor to receive any reward. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions

Any Action Required completed outside of the Promotion Period, or wagers that are settled using the live “Cash Out” feature are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer. 

 

Order of Funds Used for Wagering

  • Unless otherwise selected, the player’s cash balance will be used first to place wagers.

 

Eligible Games

Any World Cup 2026 player prop market(s) available on theScore Bet.

 

Restrictions on Withdrawal

Cancellation

To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at [email protected] with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, any bonus funds in your account must be converted to cash before it may be withdrawn.

  • In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Promotion Terms, these Terms and Conditions shall govern and prevail.
  • All promotions are subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and general Terms and Conditions.
  • You may only have one (1) active Account at any time.
  • By accepting the Promotion Offer or any reward, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion offer.
  • Offer subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law.
  • Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. 
  • Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.
  • Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on theScore Bet immediately forfeits any Promotion Offer or reward.
