Injury Insurance T&Cs (the “Terms and Conditions”)

 

Players who placed a wager on a pre-game single straight bet that settles as 'Loss' as a result of an injury by what theScore Bet deems as eligible for Injury Insurance are eligible to receive 100% insurance on the Eligible Wager, paid back in Cash. If the Injury Insurance is part of a pre-game Parlay, Same Game Parlay (SGP) or Teaser, the remaining legs of the wager will remain open, and the odds of the wager will be recalculated excluding the leg that qualifies for Injury Insurance.

 

The “Injury Insurance” (“Promotion”) is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) of theScore Bet, which can be viewed at theScore Bet > Legal > Promotional Terms and Conditions, and the following:

 

Description of Promotion

How It Works (short terms)

  • Opt-in Requirement: Opt-in is not required.
  • Eligibility: Available to theScore Bet players who recently placed a qualifying cash wager and/or qualifying parlay wager (Eligible Wagers defined below) involving an Eligible Game that settled as a 'Loss’ as the result of an injury.
  • Eligible Games: At the sole discretion of the Sponsor, any NFL game, matchup, or event available on theScore Bet where one team/side/player LOSES as a result of an injury may be deemed eligible for Injury Insurance.
  • Eligible Wager: Pre-game single straight cash wagers on one team/side/player of an Eligible Game that settles as a 'Loss’ can be eligible for Injury Insurance at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Wagers included in a pre-game Parlay, Same Game Parlay (SGP) or Teaser are also eligible.
  • Promotion Offer: At the sole discretion of the Sponsor, 100% of cash wagered of the losing Eligible Straight Wager(s) will be refunded in the form of Cash.
  • If the Injury Insurance is part of a Parlay, Same Game Parlay (SGP) or Teaser, the remaining legs of the wager will remain open, and the odds of the wager will be recalculated excluding the leg the qualifies for the Injury Insurance. Cash will only be issued for Straight Wagers.
  • Individual cash value will vary at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. In no event will the player’s awarded cash value be less than the stated value.
  • Promotion Period: The Promotion Period is below:
    • September 1, 2026: 12:00:00 AM ET - October 31, 2026: 11:59:59 PM ET

  • Cash will be applied to the player’s Account within 72 hours.

  • This Promotion is offered by Penn Sports Interactive, LLC and its affiliates (collectively, the “Sponsor”).

Eligibility

  • Available to select theScore Bet players who recently placed a qualifying cash wager involving an Eligible Game that settled as a 'Loss’ as the result of an injury by what theScore Bet deems as eligible for Injury Insurance.
  • Eligibility restrictions apply. See ‘Eligibility’ section of the Promotion Terms for details.

 

Action Required

Players must have placed a single pre-game straight CASH wager on one team/side/player of an Eligible Game that settles as a 'Loss' to be eligible for Injury Insurance. If the Injury Insurance is part of a pre-game Parlay, Same Game Parlay (SGP) or Teaser, the remaining legs of the wager will remain open, and the odds of the wager will be recalculated excluding the leg the qualifies for the Injury Insurance. At the sole discretion of the Sponsor, the Eligible Game must settle as a 'Loss' as a result of an injury by what the Sponsor deems as eligible for Injury Insurance. 

 

Claiming Promotion Offer

At the sole discretion of the Sponsor, 100% of cash wagered of the losing Eligible Wager(s) will be refunded in the form of Cash. Cash will be applied to the player’s Account within 72 hours.

 

Registration Procedures

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on theScore Bet, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on theScore Bet is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion. 

 

Limitations on Participation

In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor to receive any reward. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions

Any Action Required completed outside of the Promotion Period, or wagers that are settled using the live “Cash Out” feature are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer. 

 

Order of Funds Used for Wagering

Unless otherwise selected, the player’s cash balance will be used first to place wagers.

 

  • Eligible Games

At the sole discretion of the Sponsor, any game, matchup, or event available on theScore Bet where one team/side/player LOSES as a result of an injury may be deemed eligible for Injury Insurance. Promotion Offer may be wagered on any market or game available on theScore Bet.

 

Restrictions on Withdrawal

Cancellation

To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@thescore.bet with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, any bonus funds in your account must be converted to cash before it may be withdrawn.

  • In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Promotion Terms, these Terms and Conditions shall govern and prevail.
  • All promotions are subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and general Terms and Conditions.
  • You may only have one (1) active Account at any time.
  • By accepting the Promotion Offer or any reward, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion offer.
  • Offer subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law.
  • Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. 
  • Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.
  • Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on theScore Bet immediately forfeits any Promotion Offer or reward.
