Bears Gameday Experience Bet & Get T&Cs (the “Terms and Conditions”)

 

The “Bears Gameday Experience Bet & Get” offers select and invited theScore Bet players the opportunity to compete for two (2) tickets to the Chicago Bears vs. New York Jets NFL game on October 4, 2026.

 

The “Bears Gameday Experience Bet & Get” (“Promotion”) is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) of theScore Bet, which can be viewed at theScore Bet > Legal > Promotional Terms and Conditions, and the following:

 

Description of Promotion

How It Works (short terms)

  • Opt-in Requirement: Opt-in required.
  • Eligibility: Available to invited, registered players with an active and verified Account who receive the Promotion communication (see Section 3). Player invitation is based on previous play activity.
  • Eligible Games: Any NFL market(s) available on theScore Bet.
  • Eligible Wagers: Players must opt-in and place cash wagers on the Eligible Games during the Promotion Period. Players must place $200+ in cumulative cash wagers placed on any NFL markets available on theScore Bet. Players who meet the minimum wager requirement will receive a profit boost and will earn one (1) entry into the random drawing. All wagers must have odds of -200 or longer. All cash wagers must settle during the Promotion Period to be eligible. There is no limit to the number of entries a player can earn during the Promotion Period.
  • Promotion Offer: Players who opt-in and place Eligible Wagers on the Eligible Games and meet the minimum wager requirement will receive a 50% Same Game Parlay (SGP) Profit Boost. Profit Boost must be used on the New York Giants vs. Los Angeles Rams Monday Night Football (MNF) NFL game on September 21, 2026. Profit Boost must have 3+ legs and minimum odds of +400 or longer. Maximum wager of $25 associated with the Profit Boost. Limit of one (1) Promotion Offer per Account. In addition, players who meet the minimum water requirement will also earn one (1) entry into a random drawing for a chance to win two (2) tickets to the Chicago Bears vs. New York Jets NFL game on October 4, 2026 at 1:00 PM ET. The random drawing will take place at the conclusion of the Promotion Period and the one (1) winner will be determined using a random number generator. After the one (1) winner has been determined, the player will be contacted by the Sponsor via email associated with their theScore Bet Account. Players must subscribe to email to be considered for the Promotion Offer.

The Bears Bet & Get includes the following (EST. Value $863):

  • Two (2) Tickets to the New York Jets vs. Chicago Bears NFL game at Soldier Field on October 4, 2026 at 1:00 PM ET

 

  • Promotion Period: Below is the Promotion Period:

    • September 17, 2026: 8:00:00 AM ET - September 20, 2026: 11:59:59 PM ET 

       

  • Ineligible Wagers: Any wager that does not meet the Eligible Wager requirements or falls under any of the following below:
  • Wagers settled as “Cash Out” or “Voided.”
  • Wagers placed prior to opting-in.
  • Wagers with odds shorter than -200.
  • Wagers placed with Bonus Bets, PENN Play Credits, or Profit Boosts.

 

Additional Terms

  • Available to select and invited players with an active and verified Account (see Section 3).
  • All wagers MUST be funded with your cash wallet balance.
  • Profit Boost will be applied to the player’s Account automatically and must be used by the conclusion of the Promotion Period.
  • After the results are finalized, the winner will be notified via the email address associated with the player’s Account within three (3) days.
  • WINNERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE.

Promotion Period

  • September 17, 2026: 8:00:00 AM ET - September 20, 2026: 11:59:59 PM ET

 

Eligibility

  • Available to invited, registered players with an active and verified Account who receive the Promotion communication. Player invitation is based on previous play activity.
  • Eligibility restrictions apply. See ‘Eligibility’ section of the Promotion Terms for details.

 

Action Required

Players must opt-in and place Eligible Wagers on Eligible Games (see Section 10) during the Promotion Period.

 

Claiming Promotion Offer

The random drawing will take place at the conclusion of the Promotion Period and the one (1) winner will be determined using a random number generator. After the one (1) winner has been determined, the player will be contacted by the Sponsor via email associated with their theScore Bet Account. Players must subscribe to email to be considered for the Promotion Offer.

The Bears Gameday Experience Bet & Get includes the following (EST. Value $863)

  • Two (2) Tickets to the New York Jets vs. Chicago Bears NFL game at Soldier Field on October 4, 2026 at 8:15 PM ET.

 

The winner will have the option to accept the prize or receive half the estimated value of the experience (value of $431.50 in PENN Play Credits) in the form of PENN Play Credits. The player will be contacted by the Sponsor via the email associated with their theScore Bet Account. Players must subscribe to email in order to be considered. In the case the Sponsor cannot fulfill any portion of the Promotion Offer for any unforeseeable reason, the winner will be paid the equivalent value of the unfulfilled portion in cash. WINNERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE. EVENT TICKETS ARE NONTRANSFERABLE, MAY NOT BE SOLD, AND ARE NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH.

 

Registration Procedures

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on theScore Bet, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on theScore Bet is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion. 

 

Limitations on Participation

In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants will be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor to receive any reward.

 

Wagering Requirements/Exclusions

Any Action Required (see Section 4) completed outside of the Promotion Period, or wagers that are settled using the live “Cash Out” feature are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotional offer. Please see Section 11 for restrictions related to wagering the Promotion Offer.

 

Order of Funds Used for Wagering

  • Unless otherwise selected, the player’s cash balance will be used first to place wagers.
  • Profit Boosts may be used on the eligible NFL market(s) and must be manually selected in your betslip window when placing a wager.

Cancellation

To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@thescore.bet with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, any bonus funds in your account must be converted to cash before it may be withdrawn.

Other Terms

  • In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Promotion Terms, these Terms and Conditions shall govern and prevail.
  • All promotions are subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and general Terms and Conditions.
  • You may only have one (1) active Account at any time.
  • By accepting the Promotion Offer or any reward, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion offer.
  • Offer subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law.
  • Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
  • Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.
  • Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on theScore Bet immediately forfeits any Promotion Offer or reward.
