How do I participate in the jackpot?

Participation in the jackpot is optional. If a user opts in, an additional amount will be charged on top of the standard game bet and will be contributed to the jackpot pool. For Pennsylvania users, the additional contribution is a predefined amount of $0.10. Users in Ontario, New Jersey, Michigan & West Virginia will have the option to contribute $0.10, $0.20, $0.30, or $0.40 per round. 

Do I need to update my app to view the DropZone Jackpots?

Users must update their app to the latest version of v26.10.0 or above to view the bet increment options of $0.20, $0.30 & $0.40. 

Can jackpots be applied to any game?

Yes, jackpots can be applied to any game type, such as slots, jackpots, table games, live, and crash games. 

Can they work with Bonus spins?

No, the jackpot will work with cash and promo credits. Any wager that is placed with bonus spins will not be eligible for jackpots.

How many jackpots are available in DropZone?

There are 4 jackpots within DropZone - Grand, Major, Minor, Mini

Can a user win all 4 jackpots in a single spin?

No, a user can only win 1 jackpot in a single spin. However, a user can win all 4 jackpots in different spins. If a user won 1 jackpot, it does not mean the user cannot win another jackpot.

When is the jackpot paid out?

It is paid out randomly during gameplay for the player who has opted into the jackpot.

Are there any minimum odds or stake requirements for the jackpot?

There is no minimum stake to participate in the jackpot. The only criteria of qualification is that the player must be opted into the jackpot.

How do I opt out of the jackpot?

Users can either go to the game category page or from the in-game Dropzone menu to opt out of the jackpot.
